At Trinity we teach children age appropriate musical skills combined with training in worship and Bible stories. There are a total of four children's choirs and ensembles.
The Celestial Singers are made up of preschool children from age 4 through kindergarten. Children learn simple songs and begin to experience the discipline of sitting in a choir rehearsal.
The Carol Choir consists of children in grade 1 and grade 2. These children begin to learn the basic concepts of music through singing, playing rhythm instruments and movement and participate in worship monthly. Along with the Rainbow Singers, they are involved in a number of special services and events throughout the year.
Children in grades 3 through 5 make up the Rainbow Singers. The Rainbow Singers learn the basic fundamentals of music, Orff instruments and singing, while beginning to realize their own unique contribution to the worship service.
Joyful Noise is our handchime ensemble for children in grades 3 through 5. These kids rehearse weekly and usually participate in worship 4 times during the school year.
